We have literally arranged a wedding for 150 guests on less than a week’s notice, however, most of our clients plan six months to a year in advance.

   a. Important family members from out of town that have a limited window of opportunity  to attend

   b. Particular musicians or photographer availability

   c. Dates that are good for your officiant

 4.  Music

 5.  Photography and Videography

 6.  Décor

 7.  Register for Gifts

 

Six to Seven Months in Advance:

 

1. Save the Date

2. Wedding Attire

3. Hotels

4. Transportation

 

Four Months in Advance:

 

1.  Invitations, Spreadsheet for responses

2.  Gifts for Bridal Party

3.  Gifts for Guests

4.  Plan Shower, Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinner

5.  Select Hair and Makeup Artists

 

Two Months in Advance:

 

1. Send out invitations

2. Select music for procession and first dance

3. Make a list for the photographer of any specific family and friend groups you would like photographed

4. Fittings on wedding attire

5. Finalized samples of décor

 

During the Last Weeks:

 

1. Finalize Table Assignments

2. Order Gift Bags for Hotel Guests

3. Final Fittings

4. Marriage License
